The arrival of Artificial Intelligence has made it possible to have truly rich conversational experiences. But is it possible to take it a step further and infuse it with a bit more branding? We believe there is plenty of room for proprietary interaction patterns that can create more memorable experiences with creative inputs and outputs tailored for each business. We use all our knowledge in Design Systems to create a method for Agent Experience. We can help with this next step.

Our vision

To enable conversational experiences with more brand expression, we are creating a new type of library in the Design System that we are bringing to life, which we are calling "Agent Core Components". In it, we created the most basic elements like the input bar, avatar, and balloons, to the proprietary components that deliver what is core to the product, such as a seat selector in a company that lives by selling tickets.



Do you need to design an agent with a specific role for the present or start reflecting on the future? We can help with both challenges.
